Marden-Kane Employee Spotlight on Peggy Seeloff

This month we feature Peggy Seeloff, one of our Vice Presidents at Marden-Kane. She truly loves what she does on a daily basis and will always be the first to roll up her sleeves to get the job done.

What is Your Role at Marden-Kane?

I have been a part of the MK team since 2005. Before that I worked in Houston and New York.  I can’t believe it, but I now have over 20 years developing and implementing promotions!

What is Your Biggest Accomplishment at MK?

Surviving the execution of a promotion called “Gold Rush” for AOL while I was nine months pregnant. I even worked on notifying winners while I was technically still on maternity leave.

What is Your Most Memorable Moment at MK?

The one night it took me six hours to get home from work because a snow storm came through!

Tell Us Some Things Most People Don’t Know About You.

I am a Fanillow (Barry Manillow Fan). I blame my older sisters! I have all of his albums and have seen him seven times in concert.

What Are Your Favorite Things?

I love to watch Food Network but I can’t even boil water (hence my husband does all the cooking).

My favorite movie – Smokey & the Bandit.

My favorite TV show – NCIS.

What is Your Proudest Moment?

The day I gave birth to my son (who will be 10 this month).

What Inspires You?

This is my favorite quote I live by:

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do, so throw off the bowlines, sail away from safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails.  Explore, Dream, Discover.” – Mark Twain
